Completed the workout as scheduled today! I definitely had a great shoulder pump going on. At one point I thought my arms were going to fall off. 5 sets of dumbbell push press, superset with a seated Arnold press. BURN BABY BURN. Glad to have it done. :)
Calories have been lowered for week 3. Nothing drastic but I'm feeling hungry. The protein target remained the same but carbs and fats have been dropped by a few grams. It's not a crazy change but enough to have my body notice a difference. I'm curbing my urge to snack by drinking a ton of water and keeping myself busy which seems to be helping.
I'm not sure how many people use Instagram but I started following IFBB Pro Greg Doucette on there and he has some amazing recipes and a YouTube channel. I definitely want to try making the protein popcorn recipe because it looks delicious! I'm sure all the recipes are amazing! Plus he's from Nova Scotia!! Check him out. :)
Anyhow I'm going to get away from the computer. I just wanted to do a quick blog post so I don't fall behind again.
