I blogged before about how much I enjoy the House Tofu Shirataki Noodles. The owners of the Turning Point in Montague were kind enough to order more noodles for me after I placed a request with them a little over a week ago. I have ALWAYS loved pasta. I could eat pasta for supper every day given the opportunity but I have steered away from it due to the high calorie count. 1 small serving of pasta is roughly around 300 calories. I was never a girl to eat "just a little pasta" though so the calories would quickly reach 600+ range in a given meal. Shirataki noodles to the rescue! I was able to make this yummy dish for lunch at only 20 calories for half the noodles! The entire bag for 40. Can't be beat. ;)

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Shirataki Macaroni Noodles - 40 calories for the entire bag
- 1 can Heinz tomato soup
- 3oz extra lean hamburger
- 1/2 medium onion chopped
- Salt + Pepper

** Note the carbohydrate reading was high due to the Heinz tomato soup. I could have made it healthier if I took the time to make my own sauce. I just wanted something quick :-)
